The book to launch the Kenmore Bookclub has been chosen (drumroll please)
One Book Many Brisbanes: third anthology of Brisbane stories
This book was chosen for its strong local content (including a story set in Brookfield!) and ease of access for all readers.
(From the Brisbane City Council website) "One Book Many Brisbanes 3 is the 2007 anthology of the 10 winning stories. Stories included intriguing tales of visiting presidents, floods, romances and travel."
To obtain the book you have several options
* Buy it at Brisbane City Council Libraries for $11.00
* Buy it from the MOB (Museum of Brisbane)
* Borrow it from any BCC library (copies are being secured for the BCC Mobile Library that parks off Marshall Lane, Kenmore on Tuesdays)
